Maharashtra and Gujrat On High Alert! Cyclone Ockhi Might Strike Soon.

Cyclone Ockhi which has drastically affected the coasts of Tamil Nadu and Kerala which has killed around 28 people and At least 90 people were still missing in the state.(Cyclone Ockhi)

MD’s director general KJ Ramesh said:
“It is likely to move north-northeastwards, weaken gradually and cross south Gujarat and north Maharashtra coasts by early Tuesday morning and settle as a deep depression,”
“We have issued heavy rainfall warnings for Gujarat, while light to moderate rain is expected in isolated areas in north Konkan, including Mumbai, on Tuesday,” Ramesh added.
Indian Meteorological Department claims that the cyclone is likely to enter Gujarat and parts of Maharashtra around December 5.
