Incredible rotating hotel ‘beyond star rating’ planned for Dubai, It will Rotate Each Floor Individually

Property programmers in Dubai are organizing an epic rotating skyscraper hotel with the capacity of allowing friends to choose their views. Plus they believe that the beautiful building could be completed in 2020. The “Dynamic Tower,” was initially suggested by Israeli-Italian architect David Fisher in 2008.

The Dynamic Tower will be 1,375 feet tall, and 80 floors will be rotating separately. Each floor member will be able to enjoy a view of 360-degree. The building will be self-powered thanks to its terrace-mounted solar panels and 79 horizontal wind turbines that will be laid between every floor.

Each floor will turn around a concrete core running through the center of the building. Each resident will be able to control it’s rotating speed through their voice command.

There may also be wind generators between each story to provide the capacity to each unit.

To built this tower it will cost over £350 million. However, this hotel will be so expensive as each floor will cost staggering £24million.

The Dynamic group says the hotel will give you a ‘wellbeing experience’ – not simply a hotel stay -there will be a spas, pools, fitness centers. On its website, it says, “Indeed, it will no longer be a ‘hotel’ but a new product in line with today’s life.

“How many stars for this hotel? This ‘hotel’ will be beyond stars.”

The work of this building was going to start in 2010, but it was postponed for some design changes.
