Keep in mind that its dosage should not exceed 30 ml throughout the day. Whenever you use it, use it with one or half cup of water. 30 ml( two teaspoons) and yes do not use it at once. Take it twice. You can have it in empty stomach in the morning and in the evening before dinner .

1. Cinnamon, lemon and ACV:

Mix 2-3 spoonfuls of apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder and add 1 glass of water to it. Drink this drink 2-3 times a day If you wish, you can even keep it stored in the fridge.

2. ACV and Honey:

Mix 2 teaspoons of ACV with 2 spoon honey in 1 glass water. Shake it before drinking it. You will have to drink this drink everyday until you see the results.

3. ACV and Green Tea:

When the ACV and Green tea comes together to lose weight this recipe is quite useful. Whenever you make green tea, add 1 teaspoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of ACV. Drink this mixture twice a day.

4. ACV and Garlic Juice:
