This is the fundamental detox water that is an easy to follow detox routine and can be made every day. It is light, reviving and helps you amazingly with the issue of bloating.

  • 8 glasses of water
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger root
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 12 leaves of mint

Peel and cut the cucumber into cuts. Cut the lemon too. Put everything in water. Store the water in a glass bump overnight in refrigerator. Drink this water for the duration of the day. You can refill it a few times. It works wonders for the weight reduction and is easy to follow detox routine.
