From last few days ‘Bol Na Aunty Aau Kya’ have gone Viral and people are very much active in supporting the lyrics of this song.

On 13 September, The Quint published a video calling out the internet sensation and cringe-pop artist Omprakash Mishra AKA Rap King for his overtly anti-feminist lyrics in the viral song – ‘Bol na aunty aau kya’.

The video has now been taken down due to a copyright claim by ‘Smokedlime’.

Bol Na Aunty Aau Kya by Omprakash Mishra AKA Rap King went viral recently. Various teenagers and college students supported the mob by singing ‘Bol Na Aunty Aau Kya’ on roads.

The Quint made the noise against the sexism in the lyrics. His video had over 3 million views, 30K likes and 60K dislikes. Most people thought the video was funny and many platforms adapted it in funny memes too.

But if you listen to the complete song you will find the video far away from funny.

Within minutes of Quint video against Omprakash going online, the reporters were slammed with a slew of mixed opinions. Some agreed with them and reported Omprakash’s video on YouTube, while others failed to see the problem with the sexism.

One such lady who has been receiving threats of rape and death is The Quint journalist Deeksha Sharma. She stood up against the self-proclaimed singer-music composer Omprakash Mishra whose sexist and controversial videos ‘Aunty Ki Ghanti’ and ‘Bol Na Aunty Aau Kya’ have gone viral and promoting rape song all over the world.

She said:

“Me, my colleagues and my family are of course perturbed, but believe in the stand I took. I will continue to stand against it and strongly talk about it,”

Deeksha sharma further added:

“My family was very angry in the beginning but they have been with me through everything and they also believe in the stand I took. We’re all perturbed but won’t stop at all. My colleagues and bosses have been very very supportive and it is because of them that I am strongly talking about it and will continue to,”.

Meanwhile, an FIR has been filed in the matter and the police have assured adequate protection to Deeksha Sharma.
